Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador for the practice of the legal profession and the notary, since 2007.
She has been a corporate advisor and regulatory affairs for several national and international companies participating in major mergers and acquisitions, especially in the area of telecommunications.
He has participated as a Lawyer in several national arbitrations representing industrial companies, governmental institutions and individuals in matters related to contracts for various services in the electricity, cartography and industry sectors. He has participated in international arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the International Chamber of Commerce.
She is a referee accredited by the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador.
