Biography

Experience  
It is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice for the practice of law and the notary, since March 1979. He was a lawyer of the National Housing Finance (1979-1982), and the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador (1982). -1988); and the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador, elected him as Deputy Magistrate of the Supreme Court of Justice (1994-2000).
He has been a member of the Legal Committee of the Central American Monetary Council and the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE), in the years 1983-1987. He has been a professor of Civil Procedural Law, Commercial Law and Banking Law at the University of El Salvador, Dr. José Matías Delgado University and Dr. Alberto Masferrer University; and Arbitration Law at the University "Dr. José Simeón Cañas ". Actively participates in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of financial liabilities, in the corporate area; and in the field of controversies, participates in national and international arbitration and investment, as a party and arbitration lawyer, before the American Arbitration Association, International Chamber of Commerce, Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and the International Center for Arbitration. Arrangement of differences in Investment Matters (ICSID).

In addition, he is a trial lawyer in court. He is a member of the Arbitration Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador; and Member of the List of Arbitrators of Chapter 20 of the Free Trade Agreement between Central America, the Dominican Republic and the United States of America (CAFTA-DR), since February 23, 2011.
