Biography

Experience
It is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador for the practice of the legal profession (2008) and the notarial profession (2014). Likewise, she is authorized to practice law in the Republic of Costa Rica (2016). She has represented sovereign States as well as multinational corporations in complex international arbitrations under the Center for the Settlement of Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce. (CCI), and other important regulations.
She has participated in both national and international arbitrations, as a party lawyer, consultant and arbitration tribunal secretary, related to the mining, construction, tax and energy industries. He has participated in the representation of clients in various regions including Europe, Africa, Asia, the United States and Latin America. She was a consultant to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of El Salvador in matters of International Arbitration; and a Foreign Associate at the Washington, DC offices of Arnold & Porter LLP where he was part of the Corporate and International Arbitration group having participated in various arbitrations, international litigation, bond issues, investment structuring and cross-border transactions involving various Latin American countries. . He has provided advice on issues of public international law on the law of the sea, territorial disputes and the protection of cultural heritage. He has also advised clients seeking to finance their litigationthrough funds from third parties.
She is a member of the Young Arbitrators Forum of the ICC, Arbitral Women, the Latin American Arbitration Association; and Spanish Arbitration Club.
