Carolina Gómez Murillo

Carolina has advised and cooperated in civil practice in litigation matters for national and international clients of various kinds, including issues related to the Law of Representation of Foreign Houses, and her practice includes litigation in civil matters, collection, administrative, commercial litigation, consumer, intellectual property, both in the presentation and processing of the case, as in preparatory processes and precautionary measures.

Advanced student in Law, with a general career average of 9.2; Courses on the implementation of the new Civil Procedural Code taught by the Costa Rican Bar Association (2019); Course on Security Measures in the Juvenile Criminal Process taught by the Costa Rican Bar Association (2018); Course of the Law on Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Drugs of Unauthorized Use, Legitimization of Capital and Financing of Terrorism (2017), Various courses on Alternative Conflict Resolution, Secured Transactions (2020).
