Experience
Since 2010, her professional experience has been focused on providing strategic advice at the administrative and judicial level in the field of Intellectual Property to national, regional and international companies; management of trademark portfolios, as well as on copyrights, patents and sanitary registrations.
She has professional experience in Germany managing trademark portfolios for international companies (2017-2018), and at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in the Oppositions Division (2016-2017).
She is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador to practice law (2019).
She is currently an associate in charge of the Intellectual Property and Regulatory Department of the firm Sáenz & Asociados in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
